Jacek Lewicki is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Development of Economic Education (ORSE) of the Warsaw School of Economics. PhD in social sciences (Jagiellonian University in Krakow, 2013), Expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA) for evaluation proceeding. He was an analyst at the Institute of Educational Research (IBE) in Warsaw (2013-2015) in the National Qualification Frameworks project. He was a vice-president of the Foundation of Young Science (2013-2017); an expert in a project: „Education for doctoral studies: development of doctoral programs with different profiles” (for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in Poland); a member of the Young Scientists Council (RMN), the advisory body to the Minister of Science and Higher Education (2012-2015); Bologna Expert (2011-2013); vice-president of the National Representation of PhD Candidates in Poland (KRD) (2009-2011). He cooperated with the PKA as an expert for doctoral candidates’ affairs. Scientific interest in a public policy in the area of higher education and science, doctoral education, a non-formal education and lifelong learning.
